What exactly does a private dining experience include?

Every experience includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, on-site preparation, full service during your meal, and complete clean-up afterward. You get the full restaurant experience, without leaving your home.

How does the booking process work?

It starts with a discovery call. We’ll talk about your preferences, dietary needs, and vision for the experience. From there, a custom menu is created just for you.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially during peak seasons on Kauai. Availability can fill quickly.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Yes. Every menu is customized, so dietary needs, allergies, and preferences are always taken into account.

Do I need to provide anything?

Just your space and your guests. Everything else, from ingredients to service, is handled for you.
