3. BOOKINGS & CONSULTATIONS

Discovery calls and consultations are used to discuss:

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking.

Bookings are only confirmed once both parties agree on the service details and any required deposits are received.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Location and travel requirements

Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be discussed during the booking process.

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Because events require advance planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

Specific cancellation terms may be provided during the booking process.

6. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Clients are responsible for informing Ranch and Tide of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities prior to the event.

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs safely, Ranch and Tide cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information

  • Ensure access to the event location

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment during service

Ranch and Tide reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond reasonable control.

8. WEBSITE USE

All website content, including text, branding, images, and design elements, belongs to Ranch and Tide unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute website content without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ranch and Tide is not liable for:
