Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking.

Bookings are only confirmed once both parties agree on the service details and any required deposits are received.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be discussed during the booking process.

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services.

Because events require advance planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

Clients are responsible for informing Ranch and Tide of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities prior to the event.

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs safely, Ranch and Tide cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure access to the event location

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment during service

Ranch and Tide reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond reasonable control.

8. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Ranch and Tide.
